01 / Services · Franklin Lakes, NJ

For owners of five locations or fifty, priced before we start.

Three engagements, each ending in a written document your developer can work from. No retainer clock, no hourly drift — the fee below is the fee on the invoice.

02 / The engagements

Each one, down to the last deliverable.

A / Technical SEO audit

The Field Notes audit

A full crawl, then a person reads every location-page template — the pages that fail quietly. We look for the faults that cost you calls in one town and not another: pages Google has dropped from its index, canonical tags pointing at the wrong branch, location copy repeated word for word across twelve cities.

What we read

  • Indexation and canonicals
  • Duplicate and thin location copy
  • Internal links and orphaned pages
  • Schema checked against the visible page
  • Speed, sitemaps, robots rules

What you receive

  • Numbered ledger, worst problem first
  • One ticket per finding: URL, fault, remedy
  • A one-page summary for the owner
  • Spreadsheet export of every URL crawled

$2,340 flat fee · sites up to 5,000 URLs · ten working days from access

B / Google Business Profile

The Storefront pass

Your profile is the front window most customers see first. For every location we set the primary and secondary categories, write the service list, fill in attributes and hours, seed the Q&A, and hand you a photo checklist for the person with the phone camera. Duplicate listings are merged; name, address and phone are matched across the directories that count.

Per location

  • Category and service-list review
  • Attributes, hours and holiday hours
  • Q&A seeded with real questions
  • Photo checklist for the branch

Across the group

  • Duplicate listings merged
  • NAP matched across the main directories
  • Change log: before, after, date
  • Manager invite only — you stay the owner

$185 per location · five locations minimum · $925 at the minimum

C / Local search roadmap

The Ninety-Day roadmap

Three blocks of thirty days, location by location: what to fix first, who should fix it, how many hours it takes. We meet your team twice — at day 30 and day 60 — and leave behind a plan your own people can run without us. It follows one of our audits; it does not replace one.

On the page

  • Priorities ranked per location
  • Hour estimates for developer and marketer
  • Three blocks of thirty days

In the room

  • Working session at day 30
  • Working session at day 60
  • Plan re-cut if a location changes

04 / The boundary

What we leave alone on purpose.

We never log in to your website's admin, never change your code, and never ask for an owner role on your Google profiles. The work arrives as documents and a change log; the keys stay in your pocket.

  • Read-only Search Console access
  • Manager invite — never owner
  • Fixes delivered as tickets

05 / Fit

Who comes to the desk, and with what.

The same four situations arrive most often. Find yours, and the engagement that usually follows.

Twelve branches, one template

An HVAC or dental group whose city pages read identically. Start with the Field Notes audit, then the roadmap.

Calls dropped after a redesign

A new site launched and half the location pages fell out of the index. The audit finds why; your developer gets the tickets.

Profiles nobody has opened in years

Old hours, a closed branch still listed, two pins for one door. The Storefront pass, at $185 a location.

A team that can do the work, lacks the plan

An in-house marketer and a part-time developer. The Ninety-Day roadmap, with hours estimated for each.

06 / Fixed fees

Three ways to buy the same careful reading.

One invoice per engagement. Prices assume up to the location counts shown; larger groups get a written quote within one working day.

07 / Before you commit

Questions owners put to the desk.

Is $2,340 worth it for a site my developer already maintains?

That is the usual case. The audit gives your developer a ticket list with URLs and remedies, so the hours they spend go to the faults that cost calls, not to guessing.

What if you find very little wrong?

The fee stays the same and you receive the same ledger, with the clean areas noted as such. A short ledger is a fair result.

Why a five-location minimum on profiles?

The merging, matching and change-log work pays off across a group. Below five doors, the Field Notes audit covers the essentials on its own.

Can I buy the roadmap without the audit?

No. A roadmap is only as good as the reading beneath it, so it follows one of our audits, or is folded into The full ninety at $5,860.

How do I pay?

One invoice per engagement. There are no monthly retainers or hourly meters running behind it.
