01 / About the desk · Franklin Lakes, NJ

For owners of five, ten or twelve doors who want every one of them read.

Tiresias Search is a small desk at 563 Colonial Road. We audit multi-location service businesses the slow way: crawl first, then a person opens each page and reads it the way a customer in the next town would.

02 / How the desk started

We got tired of scorecards nobody could act on.

A red dial on a dashboard never fixed a single location page.

Tiresias Search began with a repeated scene: a regional owner holding a forty-page automated report, and a developer who could not tell which of its six hundred warnings mattered to the phone ringing at branch number four.

So the desk works in the order a tradesperson would. Crawl the whole site. Pull the templated location pages, the thin service pages and the orphans. Read them. Then write the findings into a numbered ledger — what we saw, why it costs calls, what to change, how many hours it should take.

The name is borrowed from the blind seer of Thebes, who told travellers where the road went without ever seeing it. A search engine reads your site the same way: no eyes, one link at a time, trusting only what is written down.

03 / A ledger of the first ninety days

What happens, written the way we write findings.

Every engagement keeps the same cadence. Here is the path of the full package, entry by entry.

  1. / Day 1

    Read-only access, nothing more

Search Console view access and a manager invite on each Business Profile. We never ask for a login that lets us edit your website.

  2. / Day 10

    The ledger arrives

A PDF and a spreadsheet, findings numbered and ordered worst first, with a one-page summary written for the owner.

  3. / Day 12

    Tickets for your developer

Each fix names the URL, the problem and the remedy, so the work happens inside your own system, on your own schedule.

  4. / Day 30 & 60

    Two working sessions

We sit down with your team, check what was re-read by Google, and adjust the next thirty days location by location.

  5. / Day 90

The plan is yours to run

Every export, spreadsheet and change log stays with you. Come back for a second engagement, or don't.

A crawl tells you what is broken. A person tells you what to fix first.

04 / House rules

Four habits we won't trade for speed.

One location, one page of findings

A branch in Paramus and a branch in Morristown fail in different ways. Each gets its own findings, never a sitewide average that hides the weak door.

Schema checked against the page

Markup has to match what a visitor can actually see — hours, address, services — or it is just a promise the page doesn't keep.

Two readers, one document

A plain summary for the owner, a ticket list for the developer. Nobody translates for anybody else.

Profile edits leave a trail

Before, after and the date for every field we touch on your Google Business Profiles. You stay the owner; we are only a manager you can remove in one click.

05 / Fixed fees
